Tell us how many monitors you need and when you need them. We’ll confirm availability and provide rental pricing, with shipping and any additional services itemized separately.
Planning a shorter rental? Include your dates. Museums, galleries, universities, and artists are welcome to inquire.
No commitment until you approve the terms and sign the rental agreement.
Conservator support
From preparation through return
Prepared and supported by conservators.
CMACC is the nonprofit media-art conservation lab at Canyon in New York. The people who care for time-based media artworks prepare your rental equipment, too.
Ready for the work
Testing and calibration before handoff. We review your display requirements with you and document the agreed settings.
A clear record
Photographed condition reports at departure and return, so your team has a record of the equipment you receive.
Help during the show
Remote troubleshooting during your rental. We confirm support and replacement arrangements with your quote.
From inquiry to installation.
1. Tell us your plans
Approximate dates are fine. Include installation and testing time as well as the exhibition run.
2. Confirm the details
We review suitability and availability, then confirm costs, packing and transport, insurance requirements, and rental terms.
3. Prepare for your show
We calibrate and document your monitors, then arrange shipping or collection from our Manhattan lab.
What are you planning?
Send your dates and quantity to request availability and pricing.
You don’t need every detail settled. Tell us what you know, and we’ll help with the rest.
Already own CRTs? We can also discuss assessment, servicing, and calibration through our conservation services.
